Werner is the Founder & CEO of Semper Solutions. With more than 20 years experience in the BS&O (Business Services & Outsourcing) and Talent Transformation business disciplines, he enables Semper client’s success through his unique growth partnership engagement model.

Prior to Semper, Werner held various growth leadership roles at leading global organizations such as IBM, Adecco and Lightcast, and prior to that, in South Africa, as CEO of local MSP & RPO leader ADfusion (now talentCRU), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adcorp Holdings, Africa’s largest staffing and human capital company.

Werner is an avid tennis player, holds an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburg Business School), is a non-practicing lawyer and an accredited professional manager.
